About
Hey there, I’m Caroline! I’m originally from the Boston area but now live in Detroit with my husband, our feisty cat, and very talkative husky.
I am a top-ranked contributor for Forbes SportsMoney. I am the primary voice for all reporting surrounding Artistic Gymnastics, providing breaking news coverage and feature pieces highlighting the sport's most prominent names. I also recently joined the College Sports and MLB writers teams at Athlon Sports, providing “local” coverage and an analytical approach to reporting.
On the marketing front, I previously worked for Weber Shandwick, one of the world’s leading public relations firms. At Weber Shandwick, I produced organic and paid social copy for several General Motors brands, including CarBravo, GM Envolve, ACDelco, and GM Genuine Parts. Previously, I worked on the account side, managing Chevrolet’s truck, full-size SUV, and SUV social strategies while directing the company’s user-generated content campaign as lead Community Manager.
I’m a University of Virginia grad with extensive experience in professional and collegiate sports media, and have previously been involved in video post-production, specifically as the Video Coordinator for the largest unaffiliated page for University of Virginia Athletics, Wahoops, and as a live-action camera intern for the ACC Network.
Outside of my work, I am a former competitive gymnast and a massive sports fan. I love the ocean, specifically in Nags Head, NC, more than anything.
